Getting optimum curing results in industry processes requires high-precision control of heat transfer. Anything less than continuous exact control results in compromised quality. IRT control units use advanced technology for temperature and distance measurement to ensure optimal curing results – even on sensitive materials.

Control unit
An IRT control unit is equipped with advanced technology such as temperature measurement, laser and digital distance sensor. The functions are easy to understand and use, even on the most advanced models – start the control unit with the simple press of a button, select a program and then dry. There is a program for each heating requirement and the machine has 18 different languages settings. The laser shows where the temperature is measured on the curing surface. During the continuous measurement of temperature, the microprocessor regulates the effective output in a split second for optimal curing results. As an operator, you can continuously monitor the curing process and receive information about such things as object temperature and elapsed/remaining program time.
Customized electrical systems are designed and manufactured to suit specific customer requirements.
