A spray gun cleaner that manages its own solvent supply

How the Drester Dynamic Triple keeps clean solvent in circulation

Cleaning spray guns requires a reliable supply of usable solvent. The Drester Dynamic Triple connects the spray gun cleaner, docking unit and recycler in a closed handling system: contaminated solvent is transferred for recycling, while recovered solvent is returned for reuse. This reduces routine manual handling, solvent consumption and waste while helping keep the spray gun cleaner ready for the next job.

Cleaning spray guns is one task. Keeping the cleaner supplied with usable solvent is another.

Drester Dynamic Triple connects the gun cleaner, docking unit and recycler into a closed solvent handling system. Used solvent moves to the recycler, and recovered solvent returns to the cleaner through automatic transfer.

Routine solvent exchange no longer requires lifting

The docking unit connects cleaning and recycling. Once the operator initiates a transfer, the system exchanges contaminated solvent from the gun cleaner with clean solvent prepared by the recycler. Routine solvent exchange no longer requires lifting and pouring heavy containers.

Transfer takes approximately two minutes. Recycling is a separate, longer process: the recycler distils the contaminated solvent and prepares a recovered batch for subsequent use. The gun cleaner can continue operating while that recycling cycle runs.

The value lies in how the three units work together

The recycler recovers solvent, the docking unit handles its movement, and the gun cleaner puts it back to work. Making this exchange straightforward encourages regular recycling, helping maintain the condition of the cleaning solvent.

The recycler can recover up to approximately 95% of the solvent processed. Integrating that recovery into the cleaning workflow reduces new solvent consumption, waste and routine manual handling.
