The air bellow is the core element of pneumatic lifts
How air bellows work in Herkules pneumatic lifts
Air bellows are the driving element in Herkules pneumatic lifts. Powered by compressed air, they lift the vehicle without hydraulic oil or an electrical connection at the lift. Two- and three-chamber versions support different lifting capacities and heights, while the latest AirgoMatic generation is designed for faster replacement and reduced service downtime.
Advantages of pneumatic technology
- Faster than hydraulic systems
- Silicone- & oil-free to prevent damages to paint jobs
- No electricity needed

Three chamber air bellow
This air bellow is part of all our 3513 lifts. Lifts with this air bellow have a liftig capacity of 3.5 to and a lifting height of 130 cm => 3513
Two chamber air bellow
This air bellow is part of all our 2810 lifts.
Lifts with this air bellow have a liftig capacity of 2.8 to and a lifting height of 100 cm => 2810

The new generation of air bellows
Even as air bellows can last for decades when maintained properly and security valve is changed as scheduled, some air bellows need replacement. For long years it has been a challenge to replace an air bellows and even our skilled service technicians needed hours for this task.
With the new Herkules AirgoMatic lifts (Pro, Compact and Retrofit) a new generation of air bellows were constructed. The new air bellows can be changed within 15 minutes.
